Are you in the Meridian Idaho area feeling stuck?
Need help to stop smoking, or lose weight? Mind Matters uses hypnosis, Faster EFT and Neuro-Linguistic Programming to help change and reduce the stress of:
- Behaviors (fears, phobias, anxiety, and more)
- Traumas (including PTSD and CPTSD)
Mind Matters was established in Boise on 11/1/17 and has been offering the best therapies to help
clients change the unsuccessful programs that run their lives.
How does Mind Matters accomplish this?
Hypnotherapy: Using trance induction, Mind Matters uses proven techniques to put clients into a
heightened state of concentration and suggestibility. Once in a trance, the hypnotist uses language
patterns and processes to help clients change subconscious resistance to the changes the client desires.
Once the subconscious and the conscious mind are on the same page, wanting the same objective, the
change becomes rather simple.
Your behaviors are like software that run all your mental processes, and they’re written on
your mind through your past experiences (memories). Mind Matters takes these memories (or just the
knowing there is a problem, when memories aren’t available), and has you put these memories on a
shelf. Then we work on them through Faster EFT or one of our other processes, and each time you back
to this shelf, you notice changes. Improvements. Negative intensity is dialed down, or images may
shrink, sounds may muffle, etc. In this way, Mind Matters takes the guess work out of the self-change
process. Clients can notice their addictions, behaviors and traumas slip away.
Simply put, NLP is a psychological approach that analyzes the strategies
(processes) used to accomplish both successful and unsuccessful behaviors. Then the processes used to
create the unsuccessful behaviors are changed out for the successful processes, so clients experience
change and have more choice of how to act and respond in the future.
But what about counseling, psychotherapy, EMDR, or CBT?
Mind Matters doesn’t provide traditional talk therapy, because our processes are geared toward
changing behaviors, not lamenting about them. Often times, talking about a problem just cements it in
the mind as “a problem,” and makes changing behaviors, habits, addictions, that much more difficult to
change. Why spend years talking about a problem, when you can spend weeks changing the things
that bother you?
Mind Matters offers sessions in-office, or anywhere in the world via Zoom.
