NLP

What do you see, a rabbit or a duck?

NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Neuro is the nervous system of the mind through which our senses are processed. Linguistic is the language pattern of our beliefs. It is the language and non-verbal communication patterns through which our neuro representations are coded, ordered and given meaning. Programming is the communication we use to our self and others.

NLP is a tool used to change our beliefs through several different processes: language, spatial relation, visual techniques and sometimes a light touch. The result is that long held patterns of behavior, limiting beliefs and subconscious associations can be changed quickly and permanently. Like hypnosis, some of these changes will take place instantly in one session and some changes may take more than one session.

The beauty of NLP is that you don’t need to go into a trance. The work is done while the client is fully conscious. So for those clients who can’t be hypnotized, this process works wonders!
